Post-Baccalaureate Teaching Information Seminars

Attendance at an Information Meeting is required for all currently enrolled students seeking initial certification at the undergraduate level. These meetings are usually held on a monthly basis.  Please call 458-6287 to reserve a seat.  Reservations are made no earlier than two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting.

THEA QT

Testing Services schedules a THEA QT (formerly Quick TASP) on a regular basis - please contact the Career Services Center at 458-4011 or visit their link at www.utsa.edu/Testing/theaqt.html for more information.

This test is for anyone needing the THEA. Seating is limited and on a first-come first-serve basis. Prior to the test date, anyone interested in taking this test must come in person to register at the Downtown Testing Services Office (BV 1.302). Both payments are required in advance to assure seating. To register, we require a receipt for $15.00, paid at the Fiscal Services Office (FS 1.508), and a $29.00 check or money order made payable to NES. No walk-ins are accepted on the day of the test.

NOTE: Test takers must have a valid photo I. D. The name on the I. D. must exactly match the name used to register for the THEA QT. Test scores are sent electronically to UTSA about 5-7 working days from the date of the test. Any questions should be directed to the Downtown Testing Services Office at 458-2941.
